Sister Wives fans are watching this season as they try to sell their Las Vegas homes. The family already made a move, but they left with four houses to sell. This week they talked about dropping the prices and now fans want to know if they ever got the homes sold. The Brown family has sold all four of their homes.
Sister Wives’ family sells their homes
All four homes sold, but it did take a while for the family to get rid of them. They had to build walls between the homes instead of them all sharing one big backyard. Instead of the culdesac being for one big happy family, it was now going to be separate homes for different families to enjoy.
Robyn Brown sold her house within a month. She actually listed it for $619,000 and end up having to take $603,000. They did make a pretty good profit on this one. Meri’s house took longer to sell and it sold for $574,900.
Janelle Brown finally sold her home for $575,000. Christine Brown did have to take a pretty big price cut before selling her home. It finally sold for $535,000. The thing is all of these homes ended up making huge profits over what they paid for them in the beginning. This was one reason that Kody Brown wanted to move and it turns out that he had the right idea.
Update on their house situation
The Brown family is still living in separate homes that they either bought or are renting. So far, they haven’t even started to build on Coyote Pass. On the show, fans have seen Kody Brown asking the family for one big home. Since they haven’t even started building, nobody knows for sure what kind of homes they decided on. It is hard on them being so far apart right now, though. The kids are used to spending time with their siblings.
Kody really wants the big home, but the family isn’t all sure about it. They have lived together before and they all loved living in Las Vegas with the houses right by each other.
Don’t miss new episodes of Sister Wives on Sunday nights on TLC. This week there will be no new episode due to the Super Bowl airing.
