The newest season of Love Island (UK) is well underway and is the first-ever winter season. Not to worry there will still be a second summer season in 2020. This is great news for fans who want to keep up with the Love Island action all year long.
Winter Love Island Cast – Rebecca Gormley
According to RadioTimes, there have been a few changes in the new season, including a new villa, a new host, and of course a whole new cast. Irish broadcaster Laura Whitmore is stepping in to replace previous host Caroline Flack. Thankfully, Iain Stirling will be returning as the amusing narrator we all know and love.
As for the new cast, this season features the first-ever twins, a police officer, a coffee bean salesman, and a medical PA.
But, one woman, in particular, is already turning heads. That woman is the brunette bombshell, Rebecca Gormley.
According to Cosmopolitan Rebecca is 21 years old and a part-time model. Not only does she model, but she is also a beauty queen. Rebecca won Miss Newcastle 2018 and came in sixth in Miss England 2019. When asked what made her the perfect Love Islander, Rebecca described herself as fun, loud, outgoing, fearless, and spontaneous.
Rebecca sounds like she has it all, but only time will tell if fans will love her or love to hate her.
Rebecca’s Perfect Man
Rebecca went on to tell Cosmopolitan that her ideal man is a “Jack the lad.” The part-time model stated, “he’s got to be the centre of attention easy to get along with, and someone who gets involved with the chat.”
She then revealed her celebrity crush to be Christian Grey from Fifty Shades of Grey because he’s confident and “a man who knows what he wants.”
Additionally, an immediate turn-off for her is long fingernails, while her ideal date is Italian food and wine.
Before entering the villa, Rebecca revealed that she had her eye on Connagh, Callum and Mike. We’ll just have to keep on watching to see if any of these lads can step up and become her Jack.
