‘RHOC’ Alum Meghan King Edmonds Spends Christmas with her Three ‘Terrorists,’ Plus Who is on the Chopping Block for Season 15
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King Edmonds did her best to make it the best Christmas since her marriage ended in October.
The reality star posted a series of Instagram Stories that revealed how chaotic it can get wrangling three toddlers on Christmas morning.
RHOC Star Jokingly Refers to Her Three Kids as ‘Terrorists’

Meghan shared a photo of her holding Hart in her lap while Hayes and Aspen cling to her. The caption asked for other moms to share their Christmas morning experiences that aren’t always perfect.

Some of her own Christmas morning struggles included a silent alarm clock and forgetting to put casseroles in the oven to feed her extended family.
“Christmas morning: full of joy and laughter (…and also oversleeping because your toddler was in your bed so you couldn’t check your alarm volume and turns out it was at ZERO and you didn’t find out till 7:26am… when your twin boys are screaming and the alarm ***silently*** has been going off since 6am… but you’ve been helping Santa with duties/aka installing – literally – a new play room, and didn’t get to sleep till 2am; stressing out your kids don’t see the “big gift” right away; putting your premade casseroles in the oven 1.5 hours late then forgetting you have to cook a special syrup even though you still haven’t brushed your teeth/hair but your entire family is over – each looking like a snack bc they prepared properly – and hungrily awaiting their promised breakfast”

It seems that Meghan did have some help. The Bravolebrity’s mom appeared in several of Meghan’s Instagram Stories documenting the morning.
Meghan King Edmonds’ Christmas Morning
In a series of Instagram Stories caught by People magazine, Meghan showed the real side of having kids. The morning started by her mom sneaking her three grandkids some chocolate.
As Meghan noted, she spent all night putting together a playroom for her kids. Meghan recently rented a home in L.A. and had a lot to do to get the house ready for Christmas. But come Christmas morning, Meghan and her mom had to distract the children from noticing the new room.
The children were eventually allowed into their new playroom. Meghan posted a cute snap of daughter Aspen playing with her new stove. The caption revealed the stove had real sounds. Meghan also jokingly added “real plumber’s cracks” after her daughter’s pants fell low on her bottom as she bent over.
Jim Edmonds Posts Photo with All Seven of His Kids
Meghan and Jim’s three children seemingly spent Christmas in L.A. with Meghan. However, her estranged husband must have had a family photoshoot before the kids left St. Louis.
As fans know, Jim moved into the home the pair were building together in St. Louis. Meghan chose to return to L.A. to be closer to son Hart’s treatment facility.
Hart was diagnosed with brain damage shortly after Jim was embroiled in a sexting scandal earlier this year. The scandal was part of the reason why the former couple split up.
In Jim’s family photo, he is holding Hart and Aspen as his other children flank him. His eldest daughter, Hayley is holding Hayes.

Report: Several RHOC Stars on the Chopping Block for Next Season
The Real Housewives of Orange County is wrapping up its 14th season. Vicki Gunvalson, the only original star from Season 1, was reduced to a guest role for the season. Despite not being a full-time Housewife, Vicki stirred up a lot of drama with co-stars Kelly Dodd and newbie Braunwyn Windham-Burke.
Bravo executive Andy Cohen recently opened up to radio host Jeff Lewis about the casting for next season. TV Shows Ace reports that both Andy and Jeff were impressed by Braunwyn’s role on the show.
However, sources tell Reality Blurb that three of the RHOC cast are on the chopping block.
The viewers don’t connect with the new ladies as much as the longer-existing ones.”
That puts Braunwyn, Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson in danger of not getting an orange for Season 15. Vicki told fans last month that she won’t return part-time again, but she later walked back the threats.
Meghan said recently that she would be open to coming back to the show if Bravo asked her.
The Real Housewives of Orange County wrapped up the three-part reunion on December 26. Bravo hasn’t announced a Season 15, but it would likely air in late 2020.
