Hallmark’s ‘Angel Falls: A Novel Holiday’: All The Details

Chloe, still upset with Ryan, who took her dream job in New York years ago, is fuming he’s back in Angel Falls consulting at her publishing company. Going to the bookstore to distract herself, she finds Memories of Christmas, left for her by an “angelic” gentleman. Coincidentally, Ryan just rented his parents’ estate to the author, who Chloe would love to sign. But memories of the author’s late husband loom large, and she wants to leave. Someone “angelic” better intervene to keep Ryan from running again, or Chloe, and Angel Falls, will lose out. What is Angel Falls: A Novel Holiday About?

Hannah (Lilley) is working for the family publishing business. They publish romantic fiction, something Hannah loves. But, she  believes that it really is fiction, as she doesn’t think that men in the real world even come close to the men in the novels. Enter childhood friend Ryan (Marks). He is back in town to settle his folk’s estate.

Unbeknownst to Ryan, Hannah has moved him from friend and now considers him a rival. He got a coveted New York publishing job that she really wanted. Now, her parents have hired Ryan as a consultant to help her get a fabulous author. The author is renting from Ryan, but she is dealing with her own sad memories of her late husband. This is a sensitive situation, and Hannah is even more frustrated. She wants to prove to her parents that she can get the author without Ryan’s help.

But, does Hannah have what it takes to muster up her self confidence and let herself get what she wants? She gets some “angelic” help from Angel Anthony (Close) in finding her way. Hannah also has a major When Harry Met Sally moment when she realizes, “it had to be you.”
