Kelly Dodd dealt with vicious rumors spread about her and threats of lawsuits recently. She hasn’t let those things shake her. She looked the happiest she’s ever been as she shared the huge rock on her finger after her boyfriend, Rick Leventhal proposed.
The two have had a whirlwind romance and it may seem a little soon to some of her co-stars. Kelly will probably tell them exactly what to do with their opinion. A source told the media outlet, “They’ve known one another for a short time but it’s been a very deep connection. They have great chemistry.”

Kelly Dodd told People, “Rick is my best friend. My partner in crime. I’m so in love. I can’t believe this happened to me.” She went on to say she felt like she won the lottery. She said she’s very excited about the future. Dodd told the story of the engagement. Leventhal gave a great speech about love and then he got down on one knee.
She shared the news on her Instagram Story in Leventhal’s apartment where he’d filled it with flowers and champagne. She said, “look at that, it’s a little big,” when talking about her ring. Rick said in the video that she deserved a big ring. He said, “I feel like the luckiest guy on earth.” Kelly Dodd and Rick are smiling so huge in their posts and look truly in love.

In a post to her Instagram was a picture of them with the rock. She said, “I can’t believe I just got engaged! @rickleventhal you are my Prince and my dream come true!”
The two met through RHONY star Ramona Singer in the Hamptons. They’ve traveled together to Europe and shared their summer love via social media. According to US Weekly, Rick had two wives before, he divorced the last, Beth Shak in 2017 after a short marriage. Kelly Dodd has a thirteen-year-old daughter, Jolie with her ex-husband Michael Dodd. The two split two years ago. Leventhal shares two daughters in their twenties, Veronica and Shoshanna with his ex-wife Penny Daniels.
Emily Simpson and Braunwyn Windham Burke offered up their congratulations saying they were looking forward to celebrating. Most likely Vicki and company won’t be invited to the party. According to Kelly Dodd, the date is October 20th of next year.
