‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Couple Carly Waddell And Evan Bass Welcome Second Baby
Bachelor in Paradise couple Carly Waddell and Evan Bass have welcomed their second child into the world. She gave birth to their new son on Tuesday, November 12. With Evan’s three son’s from his first marriage and his daughter Bella with Carly, this is baby number 5 for the happy couple.
Details about their new son
Carly and Evan have chosen to name their baby Charles Wolf Bass. US Weekly spoke with Evan today who shared with them that baby and mommy are both doing great. He said, “Baby Charlie is healthy and delivery was fast and perfect straight into mommy’s arms.”
Charles was born weighing in at 6 pounds, 13 ounces. He measured 18 inches long. This is Carly’s second baby. Their first together, Bella, was born in February 2018. No photos have been released of their son just yet.

A look back at Carly’s pregnancy
Carly first announced she was expecting baby number 2 in May. She spilled the beans on Instagram with a clever caption. She said, “Beer Belly, Bella Belly, BABY BELLY!!! We so SO EXCITED to FINALLY announce Bella’s little brother or sister will be here in November!!! (If you wonder why I haven’t been on social media as much…well, this is why!)”
Being Evan and always hysterical, he had a funny caption of his own. Evan said, “OK, so I think I finally figured out what’s causing all these babies. Baby number 473ish coming soon! (Im currently carefully curating this babies Instagram page to be released with ointment line in 2054.)”
The couple announced their newest additions gender with a little help from friend Wells Adams. They announced to the world they were having a boy when Wells jumped out of a cake wearing a blue onesie. They actually announced it during the Bachelor in Paradise Reunion show.
Carly and Evan’s history
This couple is so loved by Bachelor fans. They are hilarious, cute and so perfect for each other. Their relationship was not always that way though. During their season, Evan had to win her over. At one point Carly was even almost disgusted by him. Then, he famously faked his own death, sort of, and Carly realized he was what she wanted.
They have been laughing and living their best life together ever since. Carly and Evan got engaged that season on Bachelor in Paradise. The two then got married in Mexico in June of 2017. It was just a few short months later when they welcomed Bella into the world.
