Jade Roper Tolbert Says ‘Our Family Isn’t Complete’
Jade Roper Tolbert and Tanner Tolbert of Bachelor in Paradise recently welcomed their second child to the world. They were already parents to their daughter, Emmy, who is two years old. On July 29th, their son Brooks was born.
On a recent Instagram post, Jade received a comment asking, “Will you guys have more??” In response, the mom of two wrote, “I feel like our family isn’t complete, I’d love one more. But we are enjoying two at the moment!”
Because Brooks is only a few months old, it’s not likely we’ll see a pregnancy announcement very soon. Brooks and Emmy are almost two years apart in age, so it could even be two years before another Roper-Tolbert baby is welcomed to the world.

Jade Roper Tolbert’s delivery with Brooks
When Jade Roper Tolbert announced Brooks’ arrival, she revealed that he was born in their master bedroom closet. In an Instagram post, she shared a picture of the scene. The medics and firefighters can be seen, along with Jade’s mom and Tanner’s mom. In her post, she talks about how shocking and scary the whole event was. In conclusion, the Bachelor in Paradise alum writes, “So incredibly grateful for the support system we had and for this beautiful boy I get to hold in my arms.”
Fans in the comments have sympathized with her about how difficult that delivery must have been. It would make sense if Jade decided she didn’t want to have another baby. Still, she seems to think that another one would be a good way to complete their family.
Jade and Tanner’s relationship
In 2015, these two former Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants went onto Bachelor in Paradise. There, they fell in love and have been together since. They got engaged after three weeks of dating. Then, they got married on January 24, 2016. Their ceremony was at St. Regis Monarch Beach in California.
About a year and a half later, their daughter Emmy was born. Now, the Roper-Tolbert family has recently grown again with the arrival of Brooks.
From what fans of Tanner Tolbert and Jade Roper Tolbert can tell, it looks like things are going smoothly. The Bachelor in Paradise couple looks to have it all together. Of course, not everything is always perfect. Jade has been very open about her mental health since Brooks joined their family. In her post, she urges people struggling with mental health issues to ask for help.
