Duggar: Did Jill Just Prove She’s Not Pregnant?
In the Duggar family, there always seems to be a baby on the way. For this reason, 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On fans often speculate. They want to know who’s going to have the next baby in the family.
Fans have been awaiting a pregnancy announcement from Jill Dillard for a while now. Last week, she shared a post about babyproofing her home. This got fans all fired up and they left comments about a possible pregnancy.
This week, Jill posted a picture on her Instagram story that denied all of the rumors and speculation. She shared a picture of herself drinking pickle juice from a jar. She wrote, “Just sippin’ some pickle juice this morning lol”. Then, she added a few hashtags, including #notpregnant, #justaduggarthing, and #picklesanytime. She also included a poll on the story asking fans if they “love a good swig of pickle juice”.
Any fans who might have been speculating about a potential Jill Duggar Dillard pregnancy have gotten their proof that she isn’t expecting. Her hashtags made it pretty obvious that she likes pickles and pickle juice all the time. It’s not just a pregnancy craving for her like it is for some people.
Because fans speculate about her potentially being pregnant, Jill felt like she had to add a disclaimer. That’s why she added the #notpregnant to her picture. If she hadn’t done that, it’s likely fans would’ve gone deeper into thinking she’s expecting.
Of course, there is a chance that Jill is pregnant but doesn’t want to announce it yet. If she is pregnant, she will announce it when it’s time. For now, fans can take this picture as proof that she isn’t having a baby any time soon. This is something that Derick talked about on an Instagram Live video before. He said that Jill wouldn’t be pregnant this year. She may even be on birth control.
Which Duggar woman will be pregnant next?
Right now, there are four pregnant Duggar women. Anna, Lauren, and Kendra are all due in November. Then, Abbie is due in January. Joy-Anna also would have been due in November, but her pregnancy sadly ended at 20 weeks gestation. Jessa gave birth to a baby girl earlier this year. Amy King, a cousin of the Duggars, just gave birth to her first child in October.
That leaves very few women in the family who could potentially get pregnant next. Fans think that Jill or Jinger will be next to announce a pregnancy. Jill, who’s married to Derick Dillard, is the mom of Israel, 4, and Samuel, 2. Jinger is married to Jeremy Vuolo and has one daughter, Felicity, who is one year old.

Joy recently shared that she was giving her body time to recover from the loss before conceiving again. It’s not likely that she will announce a pregnancy soon.
