Kanye West recently released an album and in one track he managed to diss a show his wife had participated in. Not only was Kim Kardashian West on Dancing With The Stars, but so was Kanye’s brother-n-law Rob Kardashian. Rob did a lot better in the competition, he was a runner-up to the winner. He was a crowd favorite with his partner Cheryl Burke.

That’s why his latest song, “Oh God,” and the diss on the reality competition is so surprising. Kanye West has been passionate about spreading the gospel lately. With his ninth solo album he has made that very clear. Kim Kardashian West wasn’t just a contestant, she’s continued to support the show. She took North to see the juniors version where one of her friend’s daughters was competing according to People.

He said in an interview, “I’ve spread a lot of things,” he said. “There was a time I was letting you know what high fashion had done for me, I was letting you know what the Hennessy had done for me, but now I’m letting you know what Jesus has done for me, and in that I’m no longer a slave, I’m a son now, a son of God. I’m free.

Val Chmerkovskiy had a response to the rapper about the diss. The professional dancer was just eliminated with his partner Sailor Brinkley Cook. The DWTS competitor felt the need to remind him his wife was on the show. He did so in a hilarious post to his social media.

Kanye West Stirs A Response In Val Chmerkovskiy

In the track, Kanye West says, “that’s why I charge the prices that I charge. I can’t be out her dancin’ with the stars.” Val Chmerkovskiy posted a video of himself listening to the track while looking confused. He included a few photos of Kim Kardashian West on the show with her partner Mark Ballas. In one shot he photo-shopped Kanye into the picture.

He captioned it, “yo Kanye West keep talking that smack about dancing with the stars. You gonna catch this diss track. With some rhinestones on.” This seems to be a message that Chmerkovskiy might write a diss track of his own. He hashtagged it “Drake” and said, “that new Ye album got me in my feelings,” seemingly talking about West’s beef with the singer. He also hashtagged it “shots fired” and “don’t at me.” It will be interesting for both fans of DWTS and the Kardashians to see if Kanye has something to say back.
