‘Sister Wives’: Christine Brown’s Las Vegas Home Finally Sells After Recent Price-Cut

Sister Wives Christine Brown

Sister Wives fans know that Kody Brown struggled to sell the four Las Vegas homes. But, now, for the second time, we can report that Christine Brown’s home finally sold. A false alarm came back in April this year, but the sale fell through. Actually, three of the four homes sold, but none of them went for the original asking price. And, they needed to get buyers to help cover costs in Flagstaff.

Sister Wives Christine Brown’s home was the last one sold

Radar Online usefully kept track of all the home prices, the sales and cuts, and disappointments. And, now, everyone, including the Sister Wives family can get on with their lives. The family tried with Jenelle Brown selling the homes, but eventually, that got passed over to other real estate agents. February saw the first success when Robyn’s sold for $603,000. With the news about Christine’s home sale, no doubt the family celebrates.

Meri Brown’s home sold second to last, but Christine’s sat for ages on the market and saw multiple cuts. The latest delisting and relisting of Christine’s home saw them slash the price to $549,900, TV Shows Ace noted on September 19. One again, Radar Online broke the news, noting, “The price was cut five times before the listing was removed on June 19, 2019. The house was back on the market on August 29, 2019, for $574,990 before the most recent price drop on September 19.” Well, that’s all behind the Sister Wives now, as they got a buyer for the last one.

Christine Brown’s home sells for $535,000 after price-cut

Although Kody Brown planned a massive home for all four wives in the last season, that never happened yet. But, they did invest in other homes. Christine and Kody now own a home that cost them $520,000. Then. Robyn landed up with a mansion that took $900,000 out of the kitty. As far as we know, Meri and Janelle still live in rental homes. In the meantime, fans hoped to hear the Coyote Pass property development started.

However, multiple outlets report that photos on the Instagram pages of the Sister Wives family indicate nothing happened there yet. While it’s widely thought the Brown’s are filming for TLC in Flagstaff for a new season, perhaps we won’t see that great big home erected for everyone, after all. Nevertheless, we shall probably see a lot more about the day-to-day lives of the family in their new town, Flagstaff.

What do you think about Christine Brown finally selling off her home? It’s been a long and hard pull. Maybe now, the family can settle those pesky outstanding property taxes, if they haven’t yet done so. Sound off your thoughts in the comments below.
