Plus, she studies hard to make a difference in life. On her Instagram, she talks about her journey quite often. But now, it seems she’s torn between the excitement of change and the comfort of routine.

Sister Wives daughter Mariah Brown loves transition and change

Mariah Brown’s a deep thinker. Plus, she told fans that she took herself off to therapy for mental health issues. That came soon after she and Audrey Kriss announced their engagement. Between therapy and meditation, it’s obvious that Mariah’s determined to learn how to be in a good place. That’s despite her fears, her poor self-image, and her tendency to overthink things sometimes. Now she’s back at school, she’s determined to make the best of fall.

The daughter of Sister Wives‘ patriarch Kody and Meri Brown opened up to her fans about how she’s a bit torn between routine and transition. After all, the two situations are polar opposites. Change brings exciting opportunities, but routine brings comfort. Trying to cope with all of that, she took her dog Koda out for a walk. It seems Koda’s all up for change and adventure as well. On that post, she shared where she’s at right now.

Routine and change conflict

On her Instagram, Mariah wrote a long note to her followers. She noted: “these past two weeks since school has started have been loooooong. I’m absolutely obsessed with everything and I am so grateful to be doing what I am doing, and working toward being part of some necessary change that needs to happen.”

But, at the same time, she pointed out her conflict. The Sister Wives star wrote: “I’m also tired and finding my new normal with this fall. Transitions are kind of my jam because I love change, but I also thrive on routine.”

Additionally, Mariah shared: “So I am enjoying this season of ‘in flux’ while I’m here and working on slowing down to take it all in. A lot is happening in my brain and I’m excited to let it out into this world.”

Then, she pointed out how her doggie Koda “reminds us all to enjoy the little things, like the waves of Lake Michigan (which he most definitely tried to jump in).”

Like her mom, Meri Brown, Mariah seems to draw a lot of love and comfort from her dogs.
