Kim Kardashian Gets Backlash After North Wears Hoop Earrings
Kim Kardashian is receiving backlash from fans yet again about her parenting choices. Kim allowed her daughter, North West, to wear massive hoop earrings and fans are not happy!
Kim Receives Some Praise Before Hatred Hits
On Sunday, September 1st, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star shared a picture of her and North. The picture showed them sharing a pinky promise while looking lovingly at one another.
According to RadarOnline.com, Khloe Kardashian and Khadijah Haqq gave praise to Kim for her bond with her oldest child. However, it wasn’t long after that fans began to shame Kim over North’s large hoop earrings.

A handful of the comments on Kim’s post read: “Wow!!! Sad!!! That little girl will never be a little girl!”
“So cute but my daughter WOULD NEVER be wearing those big hoop earring at such a young age come on mama keep your baby girl humble! Some beautiful diamond stubs fit so much better on a young girl.”
“Then they wonder why their little girl is 6 but growing up fast like 15 yr old. Gods name take off those hoops.”
Some fans even brought up Khloe’s famous phrase, “The bigger the hoop, the bigger the hoe,” when shaming the reality star. They Argued that North is 6-years-old and way too young to be wearing such crazy earrings.
“Nooooooo! Why do moms try to dress up their little girls up so much! Let them be there age! They should not be wearing big hoop earrings at all! Some moms act like their kids are dress-up dolls! This one is a disappointing pic,” someone else commented.
Backlash Is Not New For This Reality Star
Receiving negative judgment over her parenting choices is not a new occurrence for Kim Kardashian. She recently was slammed for allowing her 1-year-old daughter, Chicago, to handle a live snake.
In addition, before that incident, she was getting blasted over her son, Psalm’s cushioned crib. This was after she received some criticism for allowing North to wear lipstick and heels.
Kim’s sister, Khloe, has also recently been receiving backlash. Khloe came into the spotlight after fans claim she is promoting children counting calories. She captioned the photoset in the perspective of Chicago saying, “Vacation calories don’t count.” As a result, fans did not find this joke very funny.
She has not made a comment on the recent controversy.
