‘Total Bellas’ Experience Sad Loss
Total Bellas is a television reality series on E! Network that follows the lives of World Wrestling Entertainment Divas Nikki and Brie Bella. First airing in 2016, the series looks at the lives of the Bellas away from the spotlight of WWE. The Bellas face new chapters in their lives including their relationships with other WWE Superstars.
The Bellas
Not only are Brie and Nikki Bella WWE Divas, but they are also twins. The sisters brought a little bit of “Twin Magic” to the ring for over a decade. Self-proclaimed “tomboy” Nikki followed her sister to the WWE after a leg injury prevented her from advancing her career in soccer. The twins dominated the ring using their signature move “Twin Magic” in which they would secretly switch places in the ring. They reigned as the Divas Titleholders for a record-setting 301 days.
Sad News
With all of the Bellas success, they recently experienced a tragedy. Brie announced on Thursday that her loving dog Josie had passed away. The seven-year-old French Bulldog passed away suddenly without warning. Brie expressed her sorrow on Instagram saying,
“It’s so hard to write this and tears can’t stop pouring down my face but sadly we lost our sweet little girl today, Josie. It was unexpected and we are still trying to understand why she had to leave us. We are never ready to lose someone we love. JoJo was apart of our family and Bryan and I treated her as our own. I never lost being her Mama and even when Bird came into our lives JoJo was still my first born. I’ll miss her soft pup fur, her snoring, begging for food, eating so fast, playing soccer, giving Bryan a hundred nose kisses but the biggest thing I’ll miss is every time I walked into the door the last 7 years she has made me feel SO loved. A love I’ll forever be grateful for. Today make sure to hug your dog a little longer, give them an extra treat and thank them for loving you unconditional. I’ll miss you sooooo dearly my sweet little JoJo, Mama will always love you and remember the happiness you brought her.”

It was always apparent the love that Josie brought to their lives. Josie was especially attached to Brie’s daughter, Birdie. Brie posted a video with a heartbreaking realization the two-year-old is facing.
“They became such best friends. Bird is trying to understand that we’ll never see her again. She keeps looking around the house to find her.”
