His response came to questions on a meme he posted on Instagram. The meme showed a fighting monkey and a rather clever caption. It looks like he’s planning to fight criminal charges with everything he’s got.

For someone so high-profile facing charges of tax evasion and alleged bank fraud, Todd’s got a lot of fans and supporters. In fact, on mainstream media, it appears one of his few detractors is his estranged daughter Lindsie.
TV Shows Ace reported when the indictment charges first arose that Todd isn’t hiding in his closet. He spoke out about the charges before they were publicly announced.
On August 15, we noted that Todd took to Instagram and told fans, “Please don’t fall victim to false prophets, don’t give attention to the attention seekers. We are getting back to work after this distraction and our show hasn’t been canceled.”
But now, fans still worry as he’s been indicted since then. Once again, he said: “They better not cancel it…best on tv!”
