Mike Johnson And Peter Weber Tied For Role Of ‘The Bachelor’
Bachelor in Paradise just started last night, but fans are still curious about who the next Bachelor will be. Since The Bachelor is the next show after BIP, everyone is anxiously awaiting to find out who the leading man will be of the next season.
Apparently, there are three different men who could take on the iconic role.
Who will be ‘The Bachelor?’
That’s the question everyone has been asking as the summer goes on. Ther have been several theories including Tyler Cameron, Mike Johnson and Peter Weber. After being spotted out on a date with Gigi Hadid though, it sounds like Tyler may have ruined that plan for himself.
Not only that, but apparently the producers don’t really think Tyler is all that sincere. Apparently, that’s a pretty big thing that must be considered when picking who will get the spot in The Bachelor.
“The Bachelor has to really want to find love, and Tyler doesn’t really have his heart in it and the audience can see through it,” a source said.

That still leaves two pretty major contenders though. Both Mike and Peter were fan favorites during Hannah’s season of The Bachelorette, and both are pretty deserving of finding someone to love. According to Cosmopolitan, a source says the two are currently tied for the spot.
Of course, there’s a myriad of other interesting men on the season of The Bachelorette, but they don’t seem to be in the running for the position of The Bachelor.
What happened to the men?
Both Mike and Peter fought for Hannah B.’s heart. Peter made it to the final three men left of her season before being sent home. It was a pretty heartbreaking time for him and for the audience watching. Mike, has always been a huge fan favorite and even has drawn the attention of celebrities like Demi Lovato.
She commented on one of his posts when he talked about the woman he wants to date and Demi made it clear she’s available for him and she’s the woman for him. Only time will tell if that’s enough to get him the spot as The Bachelor though.
