‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ Season 14 Premiere Date, Preview Released
Real Housewives of Orange County ended their 13th season in late 2018 with fractured friendships and uncertainty. After months of speculation over which housewives will return and who is back part-time, Bravo finally dropped the trailer.
RHOC: Who Is Returning, Meet the New Blood
Bravo revealed that Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Kelly Dodd, Gina Kirschenheither and Emily Simpson are all back for another season. Vicki Gunvalson will appear during the season, but it doesn’t sound like she is full-time.
There’s also a new Housewife – Braunwyn Windham-Burke. Braunwyn is friends with Kelly. She has seven children, including three teenagers and twins. Her husband is Sean Burke, CEO of a tech company.

Engagement, DUI, Cat Fights This Season on Real Housewives of Orange County
Some things to expect during Season 14: Vicki’s engaged, Gina gets a DUI. If the trailer is any indication, things remain tense between Vicki and Kelly. They hurl insults (“con woman,” bully”) at least twice in the preview.
Frenenemies Who Therapy Together, Stay Together?
The biggest shocker of the trailer is a group therapy session to heal each of their individual traumas. How long will they last before it turns into a shouting match? You’ll have to tune in to find out if the therapy session works.
Former RHOC Star Faces Her Own Drama
You may have read about the scandal involving former Housewife Meghan Edmonds King and her husband, Jim. He is currently embroiled in a cheating scandal that rocked the gossip sites. He was caught sending explicit video and texts to another woman.
One of the videos he sent was while Meghan was in the hospital having the couple’s twins. As of today, Meghan still believes Jim when he says it was an emotional affair and never a physical one.
The mistress recently filed for a restraining order against Meghan for harassment. She claims that Meghan found out about the affair last year, not last week as Meghan claims. Meghan has also allegedly been sending the woman threatening texts and voicemails.
While it’s looking like Meghan has no intention of leaving her marriage, was Vicki’s prediction correct?
During Season 10, Vicki told the couple that their marriage wouldn’t last more than five years. That deadline is in 2020. While Vicki wasn’t nice to Meghan in 2015, she did tweet her support following the cheating scandal. Vicki wrote on Twitter, “I’m so sorry. You are right. YOU didn’t deserve this.”

It will be interesting to see if any of the current Housewives shade Meghan or Jim on the upcoming season. Bravo announced that Season 14 of Real Housewives of Orange County premieres Tuesday, August 6 at 9 p.m.
