Amy Duggar King’s Husband Dillon Manages The Clothing Store As She Mourns Mary Duggar
Amy Duggar King opened her clothing store in December of last year and it was a joint project between her and her husband Dillon. Named 3130 Clothing, the boutique brings a bible theme to fashion. Unlike many reality TV celebs, it’s a proper brick and mortar store. The women in the Duggar family, like Jinger and Jessa, love the place. Plus, fans of the Duggars can call in and select something as well. But, following the sudden death of Mary Duggar, Dillon’s been running it as Amy mourns her grandmother.
Amy Duggar King explains why Dillon’s running the clothing store
Over on her Instagram, fans of Amy King read a long and emotional post from Amy. In it, she spoke about Dillon helping her through such a tough time. Amy wrote, “Thankful for this daddy-to-be who has been so loving and so patient with me this week. He has been working at 3130 while I have been taking some personal time away.” She then noted that they previously planned a “fun day” with a “picnic” and some “fishing.” However, she’s been “mourning the loss of [her] sweet mema.”
Of course, fans who follow the Duggar family of 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On heard the sad news last week that Mary Duggar passed away suddenly. TV Shows Ace noted that Mary died of accidental drowning in the swimming pool. It came as a terrible to shock to the family, and it looks like Amy King was hit very hard by the news. It’s nice to know Dillon helped her through this difficult time.

Dillon and Amy expect a baby
Things were going well for Dillon and Amy. First, they planned the clothing store, and then they hoped for a baby. In fact, People reported on June 6 that Amy’s pregnant and the couple is very excited about it. Now, that’s marred by the death of Mary and sadness came to the little family of three-to-be. Dillon’s obviously stepped up to support Amy and she appreciates it so much.
In her Instagram post, Amy Duggar King added something about their baby. She wrote, “You are hilarious, determined, driven, faithful and caring. @kingdillpickle our little boy will have such a good Godly man to look up to in his life.” Amy added, “I can’t wait till I see you hold him for the first time.💙 Thank you for wiping away my tears, and for always being there for me through the amazing times and the devastating times. I just adore you.”
