‘Teen Mom 2′: Jenelle Evans’ Son Removed By CPS
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been in the headlines a lot lately. It all started with her husband, David Eason, shooting and killing the family’s dog, Nugget. Nugget had snapped at Ensley, which led to David’s extreme reaction. Now, both Jenelle and David are getting backlash for the recent events.
In addition, Jenelle got cut from MTV’s Teen Mom 2. The recent incident also cost the network a few of their sponsors. At this point, Jenelle has yet to move forward with a divorce from David. Fans were hopeful that this would be the final straw after obvious signs of abuse in their marriage. As of right now, it seems like the two are staying together.
Jenelle told Us Weekly about the couple’s plans for counseling. She said, “My relationship with David now is still in a healing process, of course. We are going to start going to marriage counseling because he feels as if we both need it. I completely agree. Not considering divorce unless he refuses counseling with me.”
Jenelle Evans’ son Kaiser removed by CPS
On Monday, Jenelle posted a picture of Kaiser on Instagram. Her caption directed fans to the link in her bio, which is an exclusive interview with Us Weekly. In this interview, she explains her side of the story.

There are many consequences to come as a result of the recent events. On Friday, Jenelle’s son, Kaiser, was taken from her by CPS. This is Jenelle’s son with her ex-fiancé, Nathan Griffith. When David shot Nugget, Nathan spoke with the police, saying, “I guess there was a dispute with my ex-fiancée and her husband and he shot a dog. And there’s been multiple 911 calls of abuse. And I’m just trying to figure out where my son’s at and what I should do in this situation right now. I’m just so confused right now. … I just want to make sure my son is safe.”
Jenelle spoke with Us Weekly about the situation and said, “Kaiser was taken away Friday without my consent, before Mother’s Day, and I have been in touch with my lawyer pertaining this matter.” She continued, saying, “Kaiser was taken from his daycare by his grandmother with no notice or call to me. CPS told Doris to take Kaiser without my consent and still have no legal paperwork signed by the judge stating my kids are taken from me.”
Teen Mom 2 star is kept from son Jace
In addition to losing Kaiser on Friday, Jenelle is not allowed to see her son Jace when David is around. Apparently, Jenelle’s mother, Barbara Evans, is trying to get her attorney involved to further ensure that Jace and David aren’t near each other. Barbara’s main priority is Jace’s safety, even if it’s worsening her already rocky relationship with her daughter.
At this time, it looks like Ensley is still living at home with Jenelle and David. It’s unclear whether she will be allowed to stay long-term or if CPS will step in to remove her as well.
