90 Day Fiancé stars Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima have finalized their divorce. They filed for divorce on January 11, 2019, which was just seven months after they got married on June 24, 2018. Now, that marriage has come to a close as the judge has officially signed off on their divorce.
Colt and Larissa’s marriage has been rocky. They haven’t been on good terms for a while now. At one point, Larissa said Colt was abusing her. Then, Larissa went to jail for inflicting the wounds on herself. Another issue occurred when a fight got bloody and Larissa was arrested for domestic battery.
This divorce has definitely been anticipated by 90 Day Fiancé fans. It was inevitable, given the state of the relationship. Things have been going downhill and it didn’t look like they would get any better.
What agreement has the 90 Day Fiancé couple come to?
The Blast obtained court documents detailing the divorce terms. According to these documents, they have “reached an amicable agreement.” This is somewhat surprising because of how bad the relationship was at some points.
Previously, it looked like Colt may have to pay support to Larissa. Now, in their final terms, this isn’t the case. In the document, it is stated that, “Neither of them shall be entitled to spousal support from the other … and forever relinquish any right to spousal support.”
In addition, the couple has agreed not to slander each other. This was probably a major concern due to the grounds for their divorce and their platforms as well. The document states,
“Neither shall themselves, or cause or permit third parties, to slander, defame, disparage, or communicate untruths, malicious statements, false and slanderous statements, information, rumors, or salacious materials of any kind against the other person, or against the other person’s family, friends, employees, employers, or other close relatives and associates, whether in written form, verbally, on paper, on the Internet, on any social media application, or in any manner,”
According to Larissa’s Instagram account, she has a new boyfriend, Eric. She has been posting pictures of him for the past couple of months. Colt has yet to share whether he is dating anyone since he filed for divorce back in January.
